Project #5: Lamp & Fan in Series (Electronic)

This was our last and final project, how sad. We were all crying and in tears. No, just kidding. But this was a project that blended Projects 1 & 2 (of the electronic kit), by combining both fan and light. We took turns building it as we usually do, and flipped the switch. Once the circuit was turned on, the fan began to spin, and a small light came on. The manual also instructed us to run the circuit without the fan to see what happens. So we removed the fan from the motor and we noticed that the light was drastically dimmer. This must mean that the lamp and fan are dependent on each other, hence the name "Lamp and Fan in Series".

Although this project was simple, we still enjoyed it, and it served as a wonderful close to our amazing journey working with snap circuits. As we turned off the switch for the very last time, I think we all had a sense of contentment for all we had accomplished.
